What issue are you seeing?
Codex mobile remote connection appears to have a thread list / thread index sync issue.
My ChatGPT mobile app is connected to a Mac Codex App host and shows the same project as connected. The host status is connected. However, several recent threads that are visible in the Mac Codex App sidebar do not appear in the same project's mobile thread list. They also cannot be found with mobile search.
The missing threads include the current active thread that is visible and usable in the Mac Codex App. This does not look like a host connection failure; the mobile app can connect to the host/project, but the thread index shown on mobile is incomplete/stale.
I searched existing issues before filing. #22800 and #23062 look related, but this report is specifically about Mac-visible recent project threads missing from the mobile thread list/search while the same Mac host/project is already connected.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

- Open Codex App on macOS.
- Use a project that has several recent Codex threads.
- Connect the ChatGPT mobile app to the same Mac Codex App host.
- Open the same project on mobile.
- Observe that the host/project shows as connected.
- Compare the mobile thread list with the Mac Codex App sidebar.
- Several recent Mac-visible threads are missing on mobile.
- Search for the missing thread title keywords on mobile.
- The missing threads still do not appear.
Already tried:
- Pull-to-refreshing the mobile thread list
- Restarting the ChatGPT mobile app
- Checking/restarting the Mac Codex App
- Searching for missing thread title keywords on mobile
- Confirming the same account/workspace/host/project
Not tried:
- Removing and re-pairing the mobile device with the Mac host
What is the expected behavior?
The ChatGPT mobile app should show and search all recent Codex threads for the connected Mac Codex App host and project, especially the current active thread visible in the Mac Codex App.

No screenshots or local Codex session logs are attached intentionally. The OpenAI in-app feedback report ID above should link this GitHub issue to the submitted product feedback.
