Using a proxy with a Japan exit node.

Additional notes:

• The Codex desktop app works normally under the same network environment.
• Running Codex directly in a normal Linux terminal also works normally.
• The issue only occurs when using the Codex IDE extension inside VS Code / Positron over Remote SSH.

I think this issue is different from #23061 and #22472. Those two issues seem to be related to problems with the Codex desktop app, while the Codex desktop app works normally in my environment. My issue is specific to the Codex IDE extension when used in VS Code / Positron over Remote SSH to a Linux server. Please review the details of this report carefully. The figure also clearly shows this using Positron. Thank you very much.
