What issue are you seeing?
I cannot click the "Fix" button next to the comments line in the sidebar due to the comment popover that appears.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
First view the sidebar when there are outstanding comments to fix
Then mouseover the fix button and observe the comment detail pops over, blocking one from clicking the fix button.
What is the expected behavior?
The popover disappears when moving to click the fix button, or the popover has a fix action for each comment and a "fix all" button at the top that will insert a message chip in the prompt box to fix all open comments.
