Image support not working at all on Windows through WSL #2803

What platform is your computer?
WSL Ubuntu Through Windows
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Copying and pasting an image with control-V, pasting with right click. Or dragging image into terminal
What is the expected behavior?
Should recognize the image and context
What do you see instead?
Pasting does nothing.
Dragging image in just shows a path to the image and it cant "see" the images content but it can see a file
