Git actions and local enviroment actions are not working/showing

What issue are you seeing?

Git actions and status are gone from the taskbar. Also local enviroment actions are not shown anymore.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

run chat in git repo or repo with local environment.

What is the expected behavior?

git actions (commit, change branch, etc) and local enviroment actions are viable and actionable.
