Send task to the cloud #3769

What feature would you like to see?
It would be great to have a piece of functionality like /cloud which will take the existing conversation and send it to codex cloud via API so that a task that is partially synchronous can be continued async.
The cloud instance would continue from the same branch, and as part of the /cloud, perhaps codex asks the user which files they want to commit (if any) as additional context for the cloud agent.
