What issue are you seeing?

Whenever I try to save some change in an enviromentm in codex cloud, I receive a red message "Failed to update environment". I tried in differetn browser and machine. I have many Environment variables and I can't change nothing.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

go in the web page and try to change some enviroment

What is the expected behavior?

save the edits
