For reference that README.md (placed in the current working directory) has about 255 lines of project documentation.
Escaped/Interrupted the process/task, after it passed the 6 minute mark.
Looks as if these are some form of connectivity issues, but nothing is being presented/reported to the user.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

copilot is able to execute and finish the task (on same machine in same folder, with same environment settings, in same PowerShell 7 terminal).
