I only have 1 version installed, on an Ubuntu box. I'm seeing the same thing. This seems to be the most likely issue to me:

Ah yes, this appears to be a publishing issue. Working on a solution.

The 0.62.0 publish failed, so we decided to scrap it. Version 0.63.0 is now published.
