I fixed it by implementing lazy loading. Here are the steps:

1. Open your PowerShell profile:

notepad $PROFILE

Delete the original initialization block:

(& "D:\Anaconda3\Scripts\conda.exe" "shell.powershell" "hook") | Out-String | Invoke-Expression

Paste this lazy loading function instead:
