I am not capable to deactivate this behaviour

I have another plugin to hightlight comments so I want to overwrite the default behaviour of codex to react on TODO comments. its annyoing. and I need a different highlighting.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

deacitvate in all 3 setting json of VSCode

What is the expected behavior?

that I can disable this features and it works

I don't see the Codex CodeLens in your screenshot. Can you clarify the issue?

just wanted to show with the bigger picture, that I tried to deactivate it

Does it go away if you reload the vs code window? It appears as if we don't respect changes live but if you reload the window, it should go away.
