Codex web: Add favorite environments and filter tasks by environment.

What feature would you like to see?

Codex Web needs an environment filter because when working with more than one environment at the same time, it can get confused and send the task to the wrong environment, consuming tokens unnecessarily.

I developed this Chrome extension (using GPT) to help me, but it could be native.
