Due to Landlock not being available on a VM, codex fails with sandbox error 6.

Create a Debian VM in VMware on windows and use codex

What is the expected behavior?

Expected codex to work

Suggestion: gracefully handle instances where if a user is in a vm, notify that a VM dosent support sandbox and continue with user consent. Note that current sandbox avoidance methods do not fully disable the sandbox, recommended to add that.

Landlock support is provided in newer Linux kernels. It should work fine in a virtual machine if you're running a version of linux that supports it. If you're running an older Linux kernel, it will not work.

We have a separate issue tracking the fact that codex doesn't currently handle old kernels as elegantly as it could. Rather than panicking, it should refuse to run and print a nice error message. This is being tracked in #2267.
