@clearfram3, from the logs, it looks like you've defined a custom execution policy — that is, you've added a file under .codex/rules. If you remove that file, does the problem go away?

I suspect that you either have a bug in your exec policy rule or we have a bug in our exec policy engine. We recently introduced this feature in experimental form, so it's not yet considered a "stable" feature. If this is a bug in our engine, we'd like to fix it. Would you be willing to post the contents of your rule file?
