The mouse wheel scroll button does not scroll in Codex. Scrolling only works when I drag or click the scrollbar on the right side.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex.
2. Open a page or view with enough content to scroll.
3. Try to scroll using the mouse wheel.
4. Nothing happens.
5. Drag the scrollbar on the right side and scrolling works.

What is the expected behavior?
Mouse wheel scrolling should scroll the page normally, the same as other apps.
