- Updated documentation to accurately describe how Codex discovers and merges `AGENTS.md` (or legacy variants) and user instructions. - Clarified that only one project-level doc is loaded (preferring CWD, then Git root), and that global instructions are always included. - Added details on file search order and separator usage.
