Realized EventMsg generated types were unintentionally removed as part of this PR: #13375
Turns out our TypeScript export pipeline relied on transitively reaching
EventMsg. We should still exportEventMsgexplicitly since we're still emittingcodex/event/*events (for now, but getting dropped soon as well).
