Introduce ForkSnapshotMode so callers can choose between a committed fork and one that appends the same in-distribution interrupt marker used by the live interrupt path. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Encode valid fork snapshot semantics directly in the API by separating committed-prefix truncation from the interrupted snapshot case. Summary
ForkSnapshotModetoThreadManager::fork_threadso callers can request either a committed snapshot or an interrupted snapshot<turn_aborted>history marker between the live interrupt path and interrupted forksForkSnapshotMode::CommittedNote: this enables /btw to work similarly as Esc to interrupt (hopefully somewhat in distribution)
