Extend the thread store item view contract with response-only, event-only, and response-plus-event modes, and implement local rollout-backed turn listing so those modes can page stored turns without conflating app-server events with Responses API items.
The local implementation reconstructs turn boundaries from rollout history, preserves existing full/summary/notLoaded behavior, and is covered by codex-thread-store tests plus fmt/clippy.
