codex remote-controlCLI UX which I plan to do in a followup, this PR addsserver-nameto the various remote control APIs:remoteControl/enableremoteControl/disableremoteControl/status/changedAlso, add a
remoteControl/status/readAPI. This will be helpful in the Codex App.
