Add support for Vercel AI SDK v5 #283
Description
Vercel released their AI SDK v5 in beta. It would amazing if this SDK had support for it -- I briefly looked at the Model class for it and the changes seem to be fairly minimal in terms of mapping the responses so it will work .. just some small type updates
