This pull request updates the translated Sandbox agents documentation so the Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese nav trees match the English structure for Quickstart, Concepts, Sandbox clients, and Agent memory. It also refreshes the generated reference stub pages that are currently staged from the docs build.
