This pull request updates the localized sandbox and release documentation, and changes the docs translation helper to default to
gpt-5.4.The working tree is currently on
mainwith no commits ahead oforigin/main, and the local changes are concentrated indocs/release.md,docs/scripts/translate_docs.py, and the Japanese, Korean, and Chinese docs for the index, sandbox quickstart, sandbox guide, sandbox clients, sandbox memory, and release notes. In particular, this adds the0.14.0release summary to the English changelog and syncs the correspondingdocs/ja/release.md,docs/ko/release.md, anddocs/zh/release.mdpages so the localized release notes reflect the same Sandbox Agents coverage.
