Adds a candidate 10min/16MB SP8192 record submission under records/track_10min_16mb/2026-04_tns15june_v1.\n\nImportant: this is opened as draft because the final RunPod run did not complete after the available balance was exhausted. submission.json still contains placeholder metrics and must be filled from a successful 8-GPU run before this can be treated as a valid leaderboard submission.\n\nIncluded work:\n- Self-contained compressed train_gpt.py for the SP8192 frontier configuration\n- Record-local run.sh with dependency, GPU, tokenizer, and shard preflight checks\n- GPTQ export hardening for PyTorch 2.4 SDPA/GQA compatibility and Cholesky fallback\n\nValidation completed before PR:\n- Decompressed train_gpt.py payload compiles locally\n- Packed wrapper compiles locally\n- Branch contains only the new record folder versus upstream/main\n\nKnown blocker:\n- No completed final val_bpb / bytes_total / bytes_code yet.
