Introduce the Firecrawl skill and related assets/configuration. Adds .codex/skills/firecrawl with SKILL.md (usage, CLI commands, options), rules/install.md (install/auth guidance), agents/openai.yaml (interface metadata), SVG/PNG icons, and an ISC LICENSE. Also copies the icons and updates skills/.curated/firecrawl/agents/openai.yaml to include icon paths and a default_prompt.
