using the browser to download seems to be fine.. i don't know why it is so throttled in python.... it downloaded in like 10 seconds in the browser... Model location i found in #63 URLs are here |

Is there anyone else who is has extremely throttled download performance. Right now get 5mbps for about 1 -2 seconds and then it slowly decays to nothing. right now it is downloading at 223 bits per second....
