Revise introduction and enhance AAPS explanation Conflicts in Introduction.md resolved by keeping the PR's restructuring (benefits list moved into the advantages section, duplicate section and outdated smartwatch text removed) plus the newer wording already merged to master via #2611/#2613, with minor typo fixes.
