Keyboard shortcuts do not always work in admin picard

• Go to ev$ents table
• Click on ? → Keyboard shortcuts
  • It will tell you that N is create series
• Close the modal
• Hit N to create a series
  • Nothing happens

This will be "fixed" with #275. The "create series" shortcut will only work on the series page, and the "create events" shortcut will only work on the events page. That seems intentional, and the shortcut overview will reflect that by displaying shortcuts that currently can not be used in a lower opacity.
