feat: add design system preview

Summary

• add a compact static preview that imports the package's real public CSS exports
• cover shared foundations plus representative OpenClaw site, ClawHub product, and docs patterns
• add responsive light/dark controls, dialog behavior, tests, and a GitHub Pages workflow
• document local/static preview commands and the expected Pages URL

The repository is currently private, so the preview is verified locally and the Pages workflow is ready to deploy once organization policy permits private Pages or the repository becomes public.
