feat: add shared UI component primitives

Summary

• add framework-neutral hero, section, card, action, pill, and segmented-control primitives
• encode the canonical OpenClaw square-corner geometry as semantic radius roles
• update the design-system skill and ClawHub compatibility adapter to use those roles
• respect reduced-motion preferences for interactive cards

Release

Published as v0.0.1 from commit 7b097d7 for consumer validation. Earlier provisional releases and tags were removed so v0.0.1 is the single canonical pre-merge release.

The release includes the installable package tarball and real ClawHub desktop/mobile proof captured from the tagged package.

• release workflow passed for the rewritten tag
• installed the package and all five skills from private v0.0.1 in every consumer
