Summary

make this public repository the sole editable application CLI source
add browser account login, protected credential storage, and multi-app workspace connections
align the package, docs, CI, and release workflow on v1.0.0

Verification

npm test (79 tests)
npm run typecheck
npm run verify:version
npm run build
packed-tarball install and CLI smoke test
