Clicking on share tooltip starts sharing the wrong item

Bug Description

When a user hovers the mouse over the share action of a file, a tooltip appears.

When the user now moves the mouse one element up, and clicks, the action is consumed by the tooltip, redirecting it to the file owning the tooltip, not the file the mouse is actually under the cursor.

The share pane for the file under the cursor is opened

Actual Outcome

The share pane for the file owning the tooltip is opened

Currently the tooltip doesn't disappear when you leave the root element and hover the tooltip instead. This might be useful when the user should be able to select and copy the tooltip content, however, I don't think this is necessary for our (default) use case. I'd simply hide the tooltip if the user stops hovering the root element. See e.g. how GitHub does it.
