…ilds Update INSTANCE_ARGS in presubmit.yaml to include --boot-disk-type pd-ssd for test VM creation. Add disk_type = "pd-ssd" in external.pkr.hcl and internal.pkr.hcl for faster packer image builds.

With regular HDD disk presubmit takes about 33m, with this change its about 18m. |

Use pd-ssd disk type for faster builds.
