Disable VS Code's separate worktree detector in managed repo settings so removed Guardex worktrees cannot remain stuck syncing.\n\nTested: node --test test/setup.test.js\nTested: npm run format:check:changed\nTested: npx biome lint src/scaffold/index.js test/setup.test.js
