OpenCues v0.7.20

A fix release for the tables blank (table-lookups-mode: on).

Fixed

• Two dates are one range. days between 3 march and 19 september _ answers 200 days again: two dates without a year are resolved together, and a range that crosses the new year (days between 1 dec and 10 jan _) counts forward. days since 25 december _ counts from the most recent one.
• The leading keyword names the command. tip 15% on 64.20 split 4 ways _ answers tip 9.63 · total 73.83 · 18.46 each (4 ways); a keyword inside the argument no longer takes over the line.
• Smaller: morse for .... .. / - .... . .-. . _ decodes, 3 weeks from friday _ and 1e9 in words _ answer, half-life … after … years _ keeps its keyword, and title case _ capitalises a sentence's first word.
• Every example on the tables page is now a test: each documented line is typed through the real product and must give the documented answer, so the docs cannot drift again.
