Each OpenDCL.<LANG>.zip contains SharedRes/Runtime/Studio .rc files and Studio help Content (HTML/images). Samples and CHM are omitted.

Regenerated from branch/ref of this workflow run. Prefer these downloads if you do not use git; submit changes via the forum or a pull request.
