• Resizable sidebar: drag its right edge (200–480px), or focus it and use ←/→
  (Shift for larger steps) and Home/End; double-click resets it to 260px. The

  for document-open time. (#32)

• Faster document open: hashed assets are brotli-compressed and cached as
  immutable (index.html is no-cache), the editor loads in parallel with the
  document, and images and attachments revalidate via ETag. (#32)
• With comments open, the document is inset only while the content column
  (window minus sidebar) is at least 1020px wide, replacing the fixed 1280px
  breakpoint. (#33)

Fixed

• Latency metrics were exported as summaries, leaving the Grafana latency
  panels, SLO queries and latency alert without data; they are now histograms
  with _bucket series. (#32)
• Deep links such as /docs/<id> returned 404 (while still rendering); they
  now return 200, and a missing /assets/* file returns a plain 404. (#32)
