docs: point mobile app links to official Open edX PRs#2

The iOS and Android work is now open as pull requests against the official Open edX app repos, not the old white-label branches: - iOS: openedx/openedx-app-ios#664 - Android: openedx/openedx-app-android#483 Update the Mobile apps section and the pilot-status note accordingly.

The README's Mobile apps section still pointed at the old white-label branches (
white-label-ios / feat/universal-login,white-label-android / feat/unit_list). That work is now open as pull requests against the official Open edX app repos, so this updates the links:feat/lms-directory)feat/lms-directory)Also refreshes the stale sentence in the pilot-status note that referred to those branches "moving to the official repos" in the future — they're already open PRs. The live instance link (https://openedx-lms.stepanok.com) is unchanged and already at the top of the README.
