Aeron rejects fileSyncLevel(1) with the default catalogFileSyncLevel(0) (ConfigurationException at Archive.launch) — every node wedged at boot with the journal enabled. Caught at genesis on the live box; the integration test used fileSyncLevel(0) so CI never saw it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
