- Adds the CKKS-based Fourier-extension functional bootstrapping method proposed in https://ia.cr/2026/367 and presented at EUROCRYPT '26 (#1207)
- Adds COMPOSITESCALING* support for all flavors of regular and functional CKKS bootstrapping, which also adds support for scaling factors larger than 60 bits
- Includes many optimizations throughout the library reducing the latency for all flavors of bootstrapping (both FHEW/TFHE and CKKS) up to 2x, with extra optimizations applied for the multithreaded setting (see Best_Performance.md for selected benchmarking results)
- Provides a more granular FHEW/TFHE parameterization mechanism using the method proposed in https://ia.cr/2025/1892 (#1144)
- Improves the sparse-secret encapsulation implementation and applies it to all flavors of CKKS bootstrapping (now this is the recommended mode for CKKS bootstrapping)
- Reduces the probability of failure for all variants of CKKS bootstrapping
- Significantly improves the documentation throughout the library
- Code cleanup and many bug fixes
