Bumps react-native-passkeys and dev tooling (Biome, changesets), and adds pnpm.overrides for transitive advisories (axios, form-data, ws, shell-quote, tmp, @xmldom/xmldom, uuid, brace-expansion, linkify-it, markdown-it, js-yaml, @babel/core) so pnpm audit reports no known vulnerabilities.
