This PR adds missing whitespace to numerous log warning and error messages, mainly after colons but in a few other places as well. Also, there are a couple message format consistency updates, mainly to ofOpenALSoundPlayer.
I fixed a couple things I noticed by hand, then did a search for the colon handling on the ofLog lines.
