Release 1.0.1

Initial release of OGDUtils.

Re-release of 1.0.0, which failed on GH Actions.

This release contains utility functions for retrieving files from the OGD file server, as well as a number of older functions and utilities from the 2019-2020 era of OGD research projects.

OGD file server functions

These can be accessed by importing OGDUtils.general.fileio.FileAPI. There are two primary functions:

• GetAvailableMonths(game_id:str, api_server:Optional[str] = None, api_path:Optional[str] = None) : Function to retrieve a list of datasets available for a given game.
• DownloadZippedDataset(game_id:str, month:int, year:int, datatype:FileTypes, api_server:Optional[str] = None, api_path:Optional[str] = None) : Function to retrieve a dataset for a given month/year of a given game.

Older utilities

These will eventually be reorganized to some degree, and some of the game-specific stuff may be split off to other locations.
For now, we're not really gonna do much with these except maybe update some imports in the older notebooks.
