1. Agree Agenda and IPR Call;

2. Discuss and Resolve any identified convergence issues with API Common; Pull Request: API Common text from Chuck Heazle (already slightly our of date, and with references to API Records and API Coverages) with review of any issues arising.

3. Discuss and Resolve any identified convergence issues with other OGC API standards and drafts;

4. Any Agenda items for the Face-to-Face meeting in Ottowa on 3 March 2020? Change time?

Since last week

• Mark B.s PR has been merged.
• Document gets built into "candidate-standard" folder.
• pdf version in there now was submitted to pending.
• Also have a "standard" folder with the API Common core that we should hav started from?
• We should try to reconcile the content in candidate-standard and and standard.
• Chris is willing to do this reconciliation.

Issue #9

• Load management and authorization is out of scope.
• Settled but we need a new issue for "license and access rights"
• Clemens points out that the OpenAPI doc should handle license issues.
• What we need is a way to say what the license for the EDR collection is.
• Use a license link relation in the collection metadata. (in features core, Clemens will provide more info)

Issue #12

• Needs more analysis around how an OGC-API Features
• Mark worked up some examples that are linked in a comment of #12
• Note that we could overload the collection id but that means you need to parse and handle the version in the identifier
• Dave and Mark will work on getting the document to align with this change.

• Good to follow up with Greg.
• Need asciidoctor.json

Issue #8

• Still needs some review.

Convergence issues will be dealt with in Ottawa.

Need to move Ottawa meeting time?

• Could move to Thursday morning 8am or an hour earlier - no action for now.
