OpenHCS 0.8.4

• Strengthens MCP operating guidance for continuing existing desktop analyses, selecting the owning UI state, and reviewing bounded source/output evidence.
• Improves exact manager-item navigation and clarifies that source-bound virtual workspace counts are not a native handler's complete input inventory.
• Adds an optional threshold_multiplier to skeletonize_and_save. The default 1.0 preserves existing threshold behaviour; measurements record the applied threshold. This is a scaling control, not a guarantee of improved segmentation.

The Windows EXE and macOS DMG below are the native bootstrap installers. The wheel and source distribution are also published on PyPI.

The Windows installer is unsigned. The macOS installer is unsigned and not notarised. Publisher signing certificates are not configured. Windows or macOS may display security warnings; download only from this official release and follow the installation guidance.
