typos/editorial/c&p errors in grant management

The grant management spec contains some obvious typos, some sexed quotation marks in places there shouldn't be sexed quotation marks, etc. e.g. 'the the', 'intiating',

grant_management_actions_supported is defined as "JSON array containing the authorization details types the AS supports"

there are still a few places that refer to 'update' which was already renamed to 'merge' in commit f3dc853.
