* feat: implement job management for key hierarchy operations

- Added job store functionality to manage asynchronous key hierarchy requests.

* refactor: migrate logging from zap to slog

- Updated integration tests to use slog for logging instead of zap.
- Refactored orchestrator, server, worker, and registry client to replace zap.Logger with slog.Logger.
- Adjusted logging calls to use the new slog API, including context-aware logging.
- Modified logger initialization in the logger package to create slog.Logger instances.
- Ensured all tests are compatible with the new logging framework.
