Put a bar above horizontal component band to have better layout of button bands

To improve layout of buttons, the following should be performed

- a light vertical bar is put above horizontal component bands ( only for the length used by the button )
- horizontal component band should be put out of the main menu to avoid putting any parasitic line on the main menu
- icon for popup button should be on the right
