Extract API from PDFPage to get coordinates of line of text being printed (in mm)

In order to be able to draw lines between two textes for issue #63 , it is needed to get the coordinates at which text is written is mm.

This should be the occasion to rationalize the code calculating where to write text according to the number of lines and paragraphes inside PDFPage.
