Fixed in version 1.1:

  1. If you close the window and click the Dock icon again, it has kept the previous state (thanks to ziggurcat for reporting this issue).
  2. It should refresh the device list whenever an audio device is connected and disconnected, not needing a quit and reopen of the app.
